Nice that you've mentioned the language difficulty in the Czech bureaucracy. Therefore they are probably looking forward to improving their skills in international communication.

First of all I like to explain that our Head Office in Edmonton is Canadas Headquarters and overseas Global Tesol College partnerships have their own database and website. Therefore, if you enrolled with the College in Taiwan, they provide you with any grad assisting issues.
They have the proof of you being their student with all information needed in order to write a legal reference.
