I have been keeping up with the posts on this wall and just want to thank Megan for asking all these questions which I'm sure most of us have had almost the same ones. And Anthony, thank you for being so open and honest and informative about your experiences and knowledge.

I had a question for Anthony. I've looked at the Buckland group and am interested in it. I am planning to go this Jan/Feb, when should I apply? Is sooner better? Also if I apply with someone do you know the chances of us being able to get jobs in the same city?

Thanks Heidy, I actually did get in touch with that company back in December. I had a phone interview that went well. They told me in that same conversation that I was hired I just had to send in a processing fee of $480.00. They did not really tell me why I had to pay the fee when I asked and they did not want to explain it so I did not pay the fee meaning I did not get a job through that company.

So I have been offered a job in Thailand tutoring but it is just a friend of a friend offering the job. Since it is not through a school or anything I have to do the visa myself I have been trying to look it up and it is confusing to say the least. If anyone knows where I can look or can give me advice on to how, it would be appreciated. I don't have a university degree so I know that it maybe a little harder. I also know that a lot of people work on a tourist visa but how does that work?

So I am looking to teach at a summer camp in Italy for the summer of 2010. I was wondering if anyone knows of any camps that they taught at or know someone who taught at one. Really anyone that you would recommend. I have been looking them up and on google there are so many and on the job sites there are none at all yet. I know it may be a little early yet but i'm just trying to get a head start on it.
