General » Need help with writing my CV and class experience
Hi!

Your TESOL instructor will be able to help you out with your resume. First, you can read over the resume chapter in your orange book to help you with some teaching experiences that you may not have thought of. THen once you have your first draft, you can send it off to your instructor for the final tweaking!

Good luck!

Sincerely,

Andrea

I am an accountant by profession but stymied with writing a CV on my newly acquired skill. I also have no class room experience but I did some informal tutoring some years back. Could anybody tell me how to "ease in" into teaching?

General » Vacation!
Hi David,

There are still a few summer positions posted on the Job Board for China, you should check those out! Also, www.tefl.com still have a ton of openings for England. England is pretty easy to get a job if you are eligable for the Holiday work visa (basically, you just have to be under 30).

If you want more info, you can contact me at andrea_d@globaltesol.com.

Sincerely,

I should be getting my contract soon, where are you coming from? I am from Toronto. I am so nervous about going. I am really scared of the culture shock//being all by myself....
General » Has anyone heard of this place?
I just applied for a job with a company called Malvern House. They are based in England, but have a summer camp in Greece. (the ad is on the grad job posting list). Does anybody know anything
about them? Are they good or bad? Let me know if you have any info or experiences to share.
Thanks!
