We have received reports from students with Shaw & HotMail accounts that they are not receiving our e-mails. As our technical team inspected the issue, we've found that it is a Shaw & HotMail issue, which does not allow e-mails from anyone not in your contact list through to your inbox.

According to our technical team leader, there are two ways around this problem.

1. Add info@globaltesol.com, mail@globaltesol.com and academic@globaltesol.com to your safe list.

2. Use an e-mail account from a different provider for your Global TESOL College courses.

Have you registered for a course with us and are you a Shaw or HotMail user? If you haven't yet received a confirmation of registration from us please check your junk mail folder and put us on your safe sender list.
