We have a former student that is wondering if there are any difficulties in transferring money (earnings) from Chinese bank accounts to Canadian bank accounts.

Does anyone have any experience with that topic?

Industrial and Commercial Bank of China (ICBC) seems to have the most experience in getting this job done. However, go armed with tons of paperwork (passport copies, contract, pay statements) and your school's Foreign Officer.
