Dear All,

We are glad that we have the new webpage up and we can serve you better.

We'd appreciate it if you bring us your suggestions for the new website. Tell us what features you like most, what features you miss from the old website. If you see any problem accessing any part of the website, or you have some suggestions in improving it or adding some other features, please do not hesitate to write it here in the forums.

best regards
I think that, as a global service organization, that you should have a global database. In the "My Account" page, our courses should be listed.

It would seem that having all of your offices send you notices of completion/graduation would be simple and you could have that (with the proof) in your files.

Because your clients move.... inherent with the purpose of your service.... many either leave items behind in their home county or they lose them in the move. It would be nice if there was a central database to rely on for support.
Dear Webmaster:

Please restore the original HTML web-based foundation course. The manual is okay in PDF format, but I preferred the old set-up. It was much easier to use. I miss it. Bring it back if possible.

Thank you,

Kerry Armbruster
Yes! I agree with Kerry!

That's a good idea and I agree with you. We are actively working on this to make sure our students have an uptodate profile on the centralized website.

We removed the HTML format for some security reasons. Can you tell me what did you like most on the HTML version? Was it the 'table of content' on left or something else?

cheers

The HTML version was easy to flip through. The TOC on the left was very useful as you just had to hit a link and you were were you needed to be; especially when referencing assignment questions and manual explanations.

Cheers
In the new version of PDFs we will add TOC.
What else can make it better?

cheers
Hello Webmaster:

The Foundation Course Workbook (Assignments, etc.) already has a "bookmarked" format. This is similar to the HTML link bar on the old website. However, the foundation course manual does not include bookmarks. Thank you for updating this feature in the new versions.

Sincerely,

Kerry
