As of April 13 I can't access any of the manuals and course books from the GlobalTESOL website (www.globaltesol.com). It's the 14th of April now and I haven't received any reply from my email sent to the GlobalTESOL contact listed on the website. Does anyone know how to access the manuals? I can see the webpage has been redone. Anyone else have any problems?

Hi Robert,

To access the online manuals, do this:

(1) Sign In to the Website
(2) Go to the "My Account" Tab
(3) Go to the "My Page" item

(4) If you are fully registered, your program name should appear at the bottom of the page. Mine says "Program 1". In that green box, you should see a link to the manuals.

I checked your profile on both the old database and the new one and, according to both, you don't have an active registration.

Please send an email to admin [at] globaltesol.com and mention if you have another email corresponding to your profile in the old database. We'll also check it tomorrow and get back to you.

i have the same problem. signed up for the "professional course" (=in class foundation and 3 online specializations). i took the foundation course in nyc in dec 2008 and asked the office there then about how to access the online course material so i can proceed, i still have no answer...
when i log on to my page as adviced above it doesn't say "program 1" (or 2 or 3 for that matter). it's annoying. i want to take the courses i paid for :(
