Good or Bad Recruiter - Taiwan

Has anyone looking to teach in Taiwan dealt with Bryan Wu esljobtaiwan@gmail.com ?

His posts in GlobalTESOL have advertised the same jobs for nearly a year now and I have began finding similar job postings on various other sites.

I also read a few reviews stating he is one recruiter to avoid. If anyone has dealt with him, good or bad experiences please let me know.
