I wa s told by a Recruiter that the Chinese Government won't give visas to ESLs withr under 2 years experiance now...are they now raising the bar permanently?
2 years?

Scientifically speaking, I hope they got evidence to show first-timers and second-time-arounders are of such a significant lesser quality.

Where do first-timers go then?

Although, who am I to speak about their regulations? Surely they make these decisions based on reasons which serve their ultimate goals, concerning whatever. They are not stupid individuals.

But my criticism is merely out of a debate-esque nature, ego's aside.
Yes all very good points that is what a Recruiter told me yesterday..
