How to get a job when you are not native English speaker?

I wondering about because when I register into the program the enrolers told me that it won't be an issue but anytime I tried to get a job in Mexico, Colombia, Chile, Argentina or Costa Rica they always reject me because I am not a native speaker.
If anybody else outthere has some feedback in this matter can please let me know.

Thanks

Fernando
Hi Fernando,I have the same issue, and the truth is:IS VERY HARD, and even the Global Tesol director advised me to "go back to my home country"to try to get a job, when the whole reason why I actually took the course was to be able to live and work abroad!! I'd say that realistically speaking you could find a job in China, other than that unless you have an outstanding CV with a bachelors degree,is highly unlikely. Sorry to disappoint you but I spent about a half a year trying to find a job as a TESOL teacher somewhere other than China and ended up getting a regular job in hospitality.
China's policies are changing too. Not only do they require native speakers (for the most part, always a few exceptions) but China now also requires a Degree.
