Well to the confirm or deny dept....I have heard (so sorry if you have heard that all before..famous first words...that eating out can cost as little as NZ$2 that's about 1 pound Sterling or about 1 Euro in most places in China.I am just a new grad trying to work out fact from fiction.Thanks conoisseurs!

I could eat out in Thailand on the street stall for about 1 nzd :D

Thats more than possible actually. If you eat in the right places a decent meal will be 1-2 dollars.
