New Graduates Looking for Advice!

My fiance and I have both recently graduated from this course, and are looking for overseas jobs for the first time. We want to get jobs together -- not necessarily with the same school, but certainly in the same time frame, the same city and country, etc. But we have no idea how to go about facilitating the job search with this in mind. Also, only one of us has a university degree, which means we're not really looking at the same job postings. Basically, we're at a loss as to how we should go about looking for employment that meets our requirements.

Has anyone else been through a similar situation, or known someone in a similar situation? If so, any advice you can give us would be very welcome!

Thanks in advance for any help you can provide!
Hi Heather,

I agree, your situation sounds to be the 'norm' for many students with no degrees. I don't know what couples in your situation do to alleviate the situation.

However, from what I have been researching, there appears to be a lack of concrete information of how to approach the new requirements required. But I did find Dave's ESL cafe forums to be informative and people respond to your posted concerns.

I hope this helps.?!

Know that you are not alone with this situation.

Hi, Betty Ann,

Thanks so much for your help! We will definitely take a look at Dave's ESL cafe forums.
You are welcome!

Hi Heather,

I came to China with my best friend. She had a degree and I didn't, so finding a job was a bit difficult... but I'm here!
