so what are the best places to teach and what are the worst.

I was wondering if there are any teachers from Suzhou International Foreign Language School? How was your experience? Your reply will be very helpful!

I left Edmonton 6 years ago for China without a degree. At first I started with an awesome company that fully takes care of you, though the pay is not amazing compared to Canada, but amazing over in China. Since then I have not returned. I went from lowly kids teacher, to a business English teacher / Editor for one of the Big 4 Accounting firms in the world. Now I am the IT Manager of a local computer company.

So yes, you can teach here without a degree, but you wont find the good jobs online. I recommend Bucklandgroup.org They are listed with Global and you can google them. Not only do they hire GUARANTEED without a degree, but they put you up for a week or 2 in the most amazing place on the Earth (Yangshuo, google pictures on that....) and teach you how to teach, set you up with a bank account, phone and full room and board, paid holidays, low hours.... etc.. Great way to get in the door and learn about the country. Once you are here the opportunities are endless...
